Jaynie Halterman closed last season at RunningLane (I misspeak in the video and say Southern Showcase) with a massive PR of 17:43. It was her first and only time under the eighteen minute mark. In her first two races of 2022, she has lowered her PR each time. She is back on the trajectory we thought she would be on after her win the 1600m at state as a freshman. Independence races in Louisville this weekend.
