STRAWBERRY PLAINS TN - Running in snow and wind (wind chill of 18°) at the Strawberry Plains half marathon Helania Masters made the qualifying time for the outdoor full marathon running 1:30.:01 Joseph hit the "B" standard and Maggie missed it by a minute. The distance team will have another opportunity to hit the "A" standard March 17th at the Tom King 1/2 martahon in Nashville.
KING WOMEN QUALIFY 4X400 RELAY FOR NATIONALS & MEN ADD MORE EVENTS
BLACKSBURG, VA - The King track teams continues to run with the "Big Dogs" (NCAA DI & DII teams) and hold their own!! Highlighting the Virginia Tech Challenge were section winners Judy Johnson (200), Brandon Gray (200, 22.07 school record), Josh Cloyd (400, 49.67 school record) and the Men's 4x400 team of Cloyd, Marcus Lomans, Michael Bunche and Gray. The Men's team time of 3:17.14 is a new school records and moves the squad up to number two on the latest NAIA Nationals list. Brandon's 200 mark of 22.07 is now at number five and Judy's 25.02 is now at number four! The women's 4x4 team is in at 15th. !!
