The entries are in and teams are making final preparations before descending on Nashville for the 1st KYA-NYA Vanderbilt Invitational this Saturday February 1st. With a brand new track, athletes from the Southeast and as far as Maine have been waiting for their opportunity to check out the fast 300 meter oversized Mondo track. #vandyinvite
Nashville, TN, 10/23/13 — The inaugural Vanderbilt High School Indoor Invitational presented by Nashville Youth Athletics and Knoxville Youth Athletics will hit the starting line February 1, 2014 at Vanderbilt University’s new Multi-Purpose Facility. The new facility features a 300 meter unbanked Mondo surface with alternating black and gold lanes sure to produce outstanding high school indoor marks. The track also boasts outstanding jumps and throws venues for field event athletes while having a 120 yard indoor interior field for warm ups and team area.
