Before Greeneville's Jaden Stevenson would close his high school running career sweeping the open sprints in Class AA, he would open his season with a 21.35 at the Hardin Valley Invitational ascending atop the meet rankings for the 200m. Ethan Rome and Ben Smith, who finished 2nd and 3rd, would also move in to the Top 10 All-Time as well.

Hardin Valley Academy opened in 2008 and began hosting the Hardin Valley Invitational in 2013. In spite of the reputation of 'always having bad weather,' it has grown to become one of the premier early season meets on the Tennessee calendar that continues to draw regional talent. This year's competition will feature two teams from Ohio, two from Virginia, and Bartlett who will make the trip East on I-40 for some interstate crossover we typically don't see during the regular season. MileSplit will be on site with a full team to bring you all the action. With the pristine weather conditions in the forecast, I anticipate some of these leaderboards will be dramatically overhauled before Easter.
