Brentwood Academy's lightning-fast track is once again set to host the 9th-annual Post-Season 3200 event, the NASHVILLE PR 3200, on Saturday, November 21st from 12 noon to 3 pm.
All proceeds from this event will be donated to The Nashville Food Project. This annual 3200 m PR event allows athletes to take advantage of their hard-earned cross country season fitness with a fast 3200 m track race.
Each year, more than 70% of runners have typically garnered personal best times in the 3200 at this fun event.
While local runners comprise the bulk of entrants, this year, runners from Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio are already registered.
There will be 6 sections of 3200m races, grouped by ability and goal times, and each section will be paced by a pacer for fastest results. If you want a 3200m PR, this event is among the best opportunities available anywhere.
