Trophies to 1st place in Middle School Girls and Boys 1600m races. Medals to Top 5.
Trophies to 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall in High School Girls and Boys 3200m. Medals to Top 15.
PACERS FOR EACH HEAT! Each heat will be ideally paced for 5-6 laps to help ensure PR times!
Heats seeded by ability and will be run slowest to fastest.

12:00PM - Middle School 1600m
12:20pm - Heat 1 High School 3200m
12:45pm - Heat 2 HS 3200m
1:05pm - Heat 3 HS 3200m
1:25pm - Heat 4 HS 3200m
1:45pm - Heat 5 HS 3200m
2:00pm - Heat 6 HS 3200m
2:15pm - Heat 7 HS 3200m (fastest heat)
Entry fees are not refundable once you enter (but proceeds are given to the Nashville Food Project)---
$30 for a HS 3200 entry, $15 for a MS 1600m entry.
$5 for spectators at Gate entry & we welcome additional contributions of cash or venmo donations at the gate for our fundraiser for the Nashville Food Project.
Check-in: Athletes can pick up athlete bibs at the check-in table at the facility entry.
All individuals will have a temperature check using an infrared touchless thermometer plus will need to wear a mask and social distance. Individuals should not enter the facility if they are sick or have symptoms. Anyone including entered athletes with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will not be allowed to enter the facility.
In addition, all athletes & coaches & staff will need to fill out a 1-page symptom survey and liability form upon entry at check-in.
Covid-19 protocols will be followed as directed by local health dept.

Please, if you can, bring a food item from the list below to add to the Food Drive Collection Bin
that we will have at the entry gate for donation to the Nashville Food Project.

Nashville Food Project is a non-profit organization with a mission to bring
people together to grow, cook, and share nourishing food - with a goal of
cultivating community and alleviating hunger in the city.
In addition, if you can bring & donate the following items that are needed most:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Peanut Butter, Old Fashioned Rolled Oats, All-purpose Flour,
Pasta (whole wheat penne or spaghetti), Unsweetened applesauce, raisins or craisins,
Nuts (Pine Nuts, Almonds, Walnuts), Cheerios, Chocolate Chips
We will also have some great long sleeve tech shirts for sale for $25 each to help raise money for the Nashville Food Project.
