Antonio Lay has been one of the best sprinters in Tennessee all season. And on Saturday, he finished off a special season.
After running 10.65 in the preliminary round, the Memphis native made the final. Lay nearly matched his state championship winning time of 10.62 just last month in Murfreesboro.
In the final, Lay would have another good showing. He finished eighth in the championship boys 100 meter dash, running 10.66.

That's the second-fastest time for a returner entering next season, so expect big things from the senior in 2019.
