UPDATED PARKING INFORMATION
All schools will now race Saturday morning.
Girls Varsity 7:45AM
Girls Varsity Time cutoff is 35:00(If a girl runner can not run under 35:00 they should run the JV race)
Boys Varsity 8:20AM
Boys Varsity Time cut off is 30:00(If a boy runner can not run under 30:00 they should run the JV race)
Boys JV 8:50AM Clock will start over when the Girls JV race begins
Girls JV 9:20AM
Every team may run up to seven (7) runners each in the varsity races. All remaining runners will participate in the JV race (no limit).
ATTENTION: This is a high school race only!
Entry deadline: Wednesday 6:00pm
Race Location: The Hermitage, 4580 Rachels Lane Hermitage, TN 37076
The Hermitage and its course are located on private property. No one is permitted to run there outside of the race day without prior permission.
There will be a $10.00 parking donation per vehicle. CASH ONLY
To race in this event, your team MUST be a member of the Midstate Cross Country Association. No entry fee (covered by MSCCA dues).
*Association fee is due by the day of race. Go to midstatexc.org for fee information.
When registering online, please only enter runners who will be participating. We typically have 200-300 runners registered who do not race.
Division II schools should check Midstatexc.org for your classification in this race.
Individual Awards:
A/AA Varsity Races - Medals to top 30 finishers.
AAA Varsity Races - Medals to top 45 finishers
Team Awards:
AAA Varsity - top 3 teams
AA Varsity - top 2 teams
A Varsity - top 2 teams
