PARLAY YOUR CROSS COUNTRY FITNESS INTO A FAST TRACK TIME!
DESCRIPTION: The Nashville PR 3200 is set up to provide an opportunity for athletes to reap the benefits of their cross country fitness and earn a 3200 PR. This event is used by JV and varsity runners to see the measurable results of their cross country season. It's also a great race to use to sharpen up before your postseason championship events, after your State meet.
The goal of this meet has always been to provide a great opportunity for fast times for runners of all abilities, on a fast, local track. Historically, almost 70% of runners have run a 3200m PR at this meet.
