JOIN US & PARLAY YOUR CROSS COUNTRY FITNESS INTO A FAST TRACK TIME!

Each 3200m heat is paced for at least the first 4 laps or more for optimal times.  Runners will be placed into heats according to their own GOAL TIME.  Athletes (or coaches) have the ability to choose the heat they want to race in,

DESCRIPTION: The Nashville PR 3200 is set up to provide an opportunity for athletes to reap the benefits of their cross country fitness and earn a 3200 PR. It's also a great race to use to sharpen up before your Regional championship events, after your State meet.

The goal of this meet has always been to provide a great opportunity for fast times for runners of all abilities, on a fast, local track.  Historically, 65-70% of runners have run a 3200m PR at this meet.
