Former Knoxville Bearden standout JUDY JOHNSON ADDS NATIONAL QUALIFYING MARK!

LEXINGTON, VA - Running in the famous \"Pit\" at Virginia Military Institute Judy had a very successful meet. In all she won two events (200 and 400) and placed second in two (triple jump and 55m dash). Her 55 time of 7.37 was only 4/100ths out of first but surpassed the NAIA indoor national qualifying standard. In the triple jump her mark of 33-06.75 established a new school record. The Distance Medley relay team of Helania Masters, Solange Adams, Amanda Wallace and Beredu Teressa also broke the school record.

Justin SEAVER (Gate City HS) AND Josh CLOYD (David Crockett HS) MOVE INTO NAIA TOP 10

LEXINGTON, VA - Competing in their first ever indoor pentathlon Seaver, Cloyd and Ryan Smith exceded coaches expectations. All thre athletes survied the grueling 5 event competition with Seaver and Cloyd having scores that qualify them for the indoor nationals. In the process Justin also set new King College indoor records in the high jump and shot put.
