Injuries never have good timing and there is risk with recording these features a week in advance. Nevertheless, Alcoa's Sam Bridges, while he was not able to run at regionals today, is still hopeful he will be healthy enough to compete in Hendersonville as the Tornadoes qualified as a team. Whether that occurs next week or in the spring, when he does take race again he'll be one to watch.
