The Blackman Boys won the first heat of the Class AAA 4x100m last May to secure a seventh place finish overall and return as the hypothetical top returning relay team.

Hypothetical Returning Relays

We have no real way of ranking returning relay teams but we can get an idea using the top returning runners. Typically this feature is used for cross country specifically but as I pointed out last spring, there is a way to manipulate the URL to show you any report you want with a Pro Subscription.

Navigate to the XC Team Scores page under RANKINGS. Change the Season to Outdoor, Event to 1600m, and Scorers Per Team to whatever you want the parameter to be. This will create a report that you can start to manipulate accordingly in the address bar (URL).

To change the event that is generated, change the event code after the equals sign: 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m

You can also change the variables based on number of returners as well. The above are scoring 4 but you can toggle to 3 by changing "Scorers Per Team."

This can also be use in season if you wanted to see who had the best field events in the state. The abbreviations for those that you would replace in the URL are S, D, LJ, HJ, TJ, and PV.
