Runner To Watch: Rylee Gifford
Of the premiere programs in Knoxville, Karns is not historically one of them. But Junior Rylee Gifford has found a way to stand out with two consecutive season's of two minute improvement year over year. She qualified for state last season and finished 62nd but has her eyes set on medaling in a couple of day.
