Runner To Watch: Cara Bruce
Munford's Cara Bruce did not have start to her high school running career she had hoped finishing outside the top 100 at last year's state cross country meet but bounced back during track season and is on the fringe of finishing this season with a medal. We talked to her this week about what contributed to her improvement year over year and what she hopes to accomplish next week in Hendersonville.
