Vaulter to Watch

The state record is 16-6 and has stood since 2014 and he remains the only vaulter outdoors to clear the height outdoors. Three others have cleared 16 indoors but has not been able to translate that performance the outdoor season. Can Franklin Road Academy's Payton Culp 1) break that streak and 2) make a run at the state record? He sat down with us to discuss this possibility earlier this week.
