It's state meet time in Tennessee!
I love this time of year. The first cold weekend. The clocks turn back the night after the state meet.
And championship racing.
Steeplechase is the ultimate challenge. The hills. The footing. The crowd on top of you. This is cross country at its best.
I did my best to pick some team winners for tomorrow's races. Surprises will happen. Many of these will be wrong. Some of them will be dead on. But one thing's for sure: this sport is growing and thriving in the state of Tennessee.
