Jenna Hutchins has done it again.

The Science Hill freshman continues to impress in her first season at the high school level. And now she's a two-time sectional champion in individual events.

Her 800 meter win is the new top time in the state of Tennessee. Hutchins out-kicked a talented field of East Tennessee mid-distance stars to a 2:13.

That's the 11th-fastest freshman girls 800 in the country so far this year.

But that's not the only impressive time the Northeast Tennessee native ran at Hardin Valley.

Hutchins also won the 1600 meter run with a 4:55.44, two seconds ahead of cross-town rival and Nike XC All-American Sasha Neglia

Needless to say, Hutchins is having a fantastic start to the postseason. Her season likely won't end at the state meet in a week and a half. The Foot Locker All-American has shown how impressive her range is from 800 meters to 5,000 on the grass.

She's got the speed to open some eyes on the national stage this summer.

We're excited to see what's next.
