Event Description and order of Events
Coed 4 X 1600 Relay: Two boys and two girls. Girls alternate with boys.
Baton is exchanged just as 4X800 (Due to the length of the run, this is
held during the field competition)
Coed Shot Put Competition: Two boys and two girls. Throws are
simultaneous. Team throw is the sum of all 4 throwers best shot (best of
three throws).
Coed Discus Competition: Two boys and two girls. Throws are
simultaneous. Team throw is the sum of all 4 throwers best discus (best
of three throws).
Coed Long Jump: Two boys and two girls. Jumps are simultaneous. Team result is the sum of all 4
jumpers (best of three jumps).
Coed High Jump: Two boys and two girls. Jumps are simultaneous but will begin at 4'6" (or lower if
needed) and will rise 2" till competition ends. Boys may pass heights but must remain in the area as
the bar will not be lowered. Team result is the sum of all 4 jumpers.
Coed Pole Vault: Two boys and two girls. Jumps are simultaneous but will begin at 6
