Schedule of Events:
10:00 AM - Field Events (and 4x1600m Relay) begin
12:00 PM - Running Events begin
*All Co-ed events will include two male athletes and two female athletes.
Co-ed 4 X 1600 Relay: Two boys and two girls. Girls alternate with boys. Baton is exchanged just as 4X800 (Due to the length of the run, this is held during the field competition).
Co-ed Shot Put Competition: Team throw is the sum of all 4 throwers best shot (best of three throws).
Co-ed Discus Competition: Team throw is the sum of all 4 throwers best discus (best of three throws).
Co-ed Long Jump: Team result is the sum of all 4 jumpers (best of three jumps).
Co-ed High Jump: Jumps are simultaneous but will begin at 4
