There will be a $5.00 parking donation. CASH ONLY
All parking will be at Station Camp HS, no parking on the WELCH campus (violators will be towed). The course is located across the street from the High School and has Greenway walking access to the course and team areas.
This race is a qualifier for the TMSAA State Cross Country Championships. All entrants in this race must be a member of a TMSAA School. Only 6th-8th graders will be allowed to participate.
The top 8 teams will qualify for the TMSAA State Championships. Individually, the top 10 runners NOT on qualifying teams will qualify as individuals.

There will be a fee of $50 for a girls' team and $50 for a boys' team for each school that participates in the championship series. Check with your school administration to see if this was paid with your school's membership in August. This can be reviewed on the school ledger on the TSSAA Portal.
This is your TSSAA fee, you WILL NOT pay Station Camp HS/MS any money to compete.
Course Opens at 3:45pm
A Boys Varsity: 4:45pm
A Girls Varsity: 5:20pm
Combined JV: 6:00pm(coaches will time their own athletes; the race video will also be uploaded to YouTube)
Awards:
1st and 2nd Place teams receive trophies
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place runners receive medals
Section 3-A (Middle) will advance 66 qualifiers (top eight teams and the ten next best times)
