2022 Panther Relays April 14-15 @ Bartlett High School
Entry Fees-
- Varsity Fee: 125.00 .The entry fee is $125 per boy's team and $125 per girl's team.
- Freshman/JV Fee: 75.00. The entry fee is $75 per boy's team and $75 per girl's team.
- Make checks payable to Bartlett Track Booster Club.
- Entry fees can be mailed or paid the day of the meet at packet pick-up.
Entry Deadline:
- Opens Sunday, March 28 and will close Tuesday, April 12 @ 11:00 pm
Event Check In:
- Field events will check in at the event location. Running events will check in with the clerk of course located at behind the home side bleachers. We will walk athletes to their race.
Coaches Meeting:
- Quick coaches meeting prior to the start of the meet Thursday~4:00 and prior to the start of the running Friday~11:00.
- Coaches can pick up their team packets at the main gate.
Hospitality:
- A hospitality room for coaches will be provided.
Admission:
- $7 per day. Pay at the gate.
- Athletes must wear uniform for admittance. Those with sweats/warm-ups without a uniform on will be required to pay.
Awards:
- Medals will be given to Varsity divisions. A Team Champion trophy will be awarded to the top boys and girls team.
Entry Limitations:
Each team will be allowed a maximum of four (4) entries in each individual event and two (2) entries in each relay event. We will follow TSSAA rules. A contestant shall not be entered in more than four (4) events, excluding relays. A contestant shall not compete in more than four (4) events, including relays.
- EXCEPTION-OPEN division events will be allowed more. See meet schedule for limits. Open divisions will not be scored.
Qualifying Standards: THERE ARE NO QUALIFYING STANDARDS. All heats will be seeded according to times given. False entry times will result in a NT.
Field Events: Athletes will receive 3 attempts.
