TMSAA Coverage: Interviews, Photo Albums From State Meet

Later this week, we'll have a full recap of the races on Saturday from Clarkesville but for now, relive the 2023 TMSAA State Championship with our coverage from the meet. For your convenience, we've hyperlinked the coverage from this meet above.

What is MileSplit?

We get this question a lot from middle school parents. Not every area of the state reports results with the frequency of others so there's never really been a reason for you to visit before Saturday. The simplest answer is MileSplit is a network of websites across the country where you can see the results of any track and field or cross country meet that occurs in the United States. MileSplit Tennessee is state-level site dedicated to the Volunteer State. Coaches use our platform to create and register for meets throughout the season. Once the results are posted, we process those results to where every individual performance is assigned to an athlete profile, then compiled into a robust ranking system by event, grade, competitive district, etc... If you or your athlete continue to compete in track and field or cross country, MileSplit creates a lifetime catalog of performances on their athlete profile.

Beyond the results however, we create editorial content through the year as well as well as and multimedia coverage like race video, athlete interviews, and photo albums. Eventually, that race footage will be tagged to the athlete profiles to further build a robust catalog of their career as an athlete.

From Saturday we've uploaded over 1500 photos from the four races so hopefully we caught one of you or your runner in the process. If you do choose to create a Pro Account, the video below will help explain how to access the highest quality images from our photo albums.

Congratulations to everyone who competed on Saturday. More to come from this competition soon.
