Ashlyn Shell - East Hamilton
East Hamilton's Ashlyn Shell finished 36th out of 160 runners with a personal best time of 22:53 on Saturday at the Berry Clara Bowl Invitational in Georgia. While this time may not be on the first pages of our overall rankings, her year over year improvement is a whopping 3:10 over five thousand meters. That is currently the 13th best improvement by any girl runner in the state. She was the 3rd runner to cross the finish line for the Hurricanes. Next week we will release the full most improved list.
