Lauren Rutlin
Until this indoor season, Lauren Rutlin has never participated
in a "track" competition. While her contributions to the cross country scene
are notable, her spring seasons to this point have been consumed with field
hockey. This is not a bad debut by any stretch of the imagination considering
the quality in the field with her that day. While it'll be hard for anyone to
go head to head with Abby Faith in Division II Class A, her presence will add
to the depth of quality we have as a state as we to put as many runners under
5:00 as possible this spring.
