Payton Culp
The state has also not seen an outdoor 16-foot pole vaulter since Harrison Williams did so in 2014 and we can expect that streak to end sooner rather than later after FRA's Payton Culp's 16-00.25 vault on Sunday. The record remains with Williams at 16-6 but with these heights this early in the season I imagine Culp will make multiple runs at that height before he graduates.
