An hour or so after Mensi Stiff broke the shot put state record she almost broke the discus record but a scratch nullified her best throw of her series. Emotions were high and though she won the competition, she donned a long face during the post meet interview. After a US #1 this past weekend in shot and a viral moment on social media seen here below, she looks ready to shatter both records this season.
