I could not but her name is Megan Murray and she went to Knoxville West and won the 2015 State Title with a time of 18:49. Unlike the generational talents that dominated the classification for the five years after her, she did not start her freshman year with the publicity and accolades we've grown accustomed to our state champions having in recent years. Her fastest time in 2012 was 21:13 which placed 21st at the Region 2 Championship and she did not qualify for state. This ascension from obscurity aligns with that that we see from this year's champion Kyra Hayes. As you can see on the list below, she and Murray had almost identical PRs as freshmen and ended their regular season cross country careers as champions.
