(NASHVILLE, Tenn.) -- It's time.
The state cross country meet runs all day from Nashville today. The Div. 1 Large Schools start us off.

Div. 1 Large Schools -- 10:00 AM CT
It's a tight race between Brentwood and Dobyns Bennett in the first race of the day. And of course...it's another Jenna Hutchins vs. Sasha Neglia battle.
Sasha Neglia is your Div. 1 Large Schools individual winner.
It's a huge win for DB in the team race as well. Neglia finished in 17:22 followed by Leigh Walters in 17:52 and Jenna Hutchins in 17:54.
The team race is going to be very close...but it looks like Dobyns Bennett is your team state champion. What a day for the Tribe.
For the first time since 1997, Dobyns Bennett is the team champion! They outscored Brentwood High School 60-95 for the team title.

The boys team race is going to be tight as well. Silas Winders is your individual champion in 15:28. Evan Allen second in 15:32. Miles Ally was third in 15:40.
Bartlett and Siegel are battling for the team title. It's tight!
The course is very slow today.
For the first time, there's a cart leading the way and it's made things a bit muddier. Plus, there's been a ton of rain here in the area for weeks. Times are going to get slower as the day goes.
Siegel is your winner. And it was still a fairly big victory for the Stars...make it three in a row!
