In only it’s fourth season of existence the King College Track and Field program has suddenly become the area’s front runner in offering academic and athletic excellence for student/athletes from both near and far. Coach Bomar joined me in the 2005 -2006 school year and wasted no time at all in demonstrating his knowledge and love for the sport. In 2007 the men’s team finished 7th in the Outdoor Nationals ending a season highlighted by the achievements of 7 All Americans and two National Champions. Although I did recruit some of these athletes Johnny Bomar personally coached them ALL !!
