Mission Trip and 2 Runs - Original I knowJul 04, 2006 @ 9AM

Hello everyone and welcome back. I'll make the mission trip review short and sweet and get onto the 6 mile runs of Monday and Tuesday at Greenway Farms.

The Day Never Ends Jun 23, 2006 @ 07AM

Well the United States is out of the World Cup. But that doesn't mean I won't stop watching it. One more of these will come tomorrow, before I leave for the week.

I'm Not American (not what you think) Jun 23, 2006 @ 06AM

I'm not American cause I have World Cup fever!!!!!!!!!! No seriously. I got up early this morning to watch 2 World Cup matches. And I moved today's (Tuesday) run to tonight. I'll only do 5 or so miles tonight.

AAAAAHHHHHHHHHH Jun 17, 2006 @ 06PM

The title says it all but nothing at the same time. Hence it means that the last 500 meters are what we like to call AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhh speed. That was your Cisco Systems random thought of the day.

Yesterday, Today, Eventually Jun 14, 2006 @ 06AM

Sorry about the crazy schedule of the columns. Things just happen and I don't do these. Maybe every other day is a better way so I don't have to worry about.... nevermind. Covering two days now, yesterday and today (the eventually is just thrown in for good looks).

Mixed Company Jun 09, 2006 @ 07AM

This will be another short entry. If you like the long ones then stick around. These will become longer. Ok, so I know that this is a running column, but I can't resist. I've watched 3 of the 4 World Cup soccer (football) matches so far during the tournament. Here's a quick rundown for you of what's happened so far.

Gracing the Asphalt Jun 08, 2006 @ 06PM

Well it's been a good long time since I've decided to update. This will be my shortest entry to date. I promise. You can make me run double mileage if not. I've realized it's much harder to go back into mileage running again. I love it anyway. With 5 on Monday, 5.25 on Tuesday, 3 on Wednesday, and now 5.75 today, I couldn't even tell you how much I've run.

Reflect and Collect Jun 06, 2006 @ 8AM

There are 2 parts to this entry. The first is to reflect on the TSSAA Track and Field State Championships. And the second is to collect. I'm not even sure what that means.
On a quick note today's workout went fine. Greenway Farms for 5.25 miles isn't bad for just coming back into the swing of things. Total time: 38 minutes 30 seconds. That makes 10.25 miles this week. Now on to the meat.

Chasing Skyuka: A Beginning Jun 03, 2006 @ 11PM

Many write with the hopes of staying anonymous for fear of things that I don't even want to think about. So we won't have to worry about that. You'll know exactly who I am and exactly how to find me at any given moment. That is, of course, if you plan on catching me. This is a beginning that I would like to keep on for as long as I can. Of course, when I cannot, I will not. Whatever.

Chasing Skyuka: Centering Around Nature Jun 05, 2006 @ 7AM

Oh where do I begin? We were finishing and leaving about five hours ago today. I'm very sorry that I didn't update very quickly. I have an excuse. Running for the first time in a while makes me a bit sleepy. And I just thought I'd lie down on the couch for a few minutes and then get some food before starting my day. A few minutes... 3 hours. Same thing right. Whatever.
