Meet Information
Before Meet:
Lead Coaches: Contact HS to ensure everything is ready for meet especially lights and restrooms. Also, reach out to participating schools prior to meet.
Each school needs to bring Field Event equipment and First Aid Kits.
Lead Coaches will bring AED Machine.
Admission 6.00. Cashless Gate. ONLY MNPS MS Track Coaches, Administrators, Athletes in Uniform, and Children 5 and under are free admission. Please notify parents, guests, and staff members. A QR Code will be sent to participating schools.
Day of Meet:
Admission 6.00. ONLY MNPS MS Track Coaches, Administrators, Athletes in Uniform, and Children 5 and under are free admission.
There will FOOD TRUCKS, but teams may bring snacks and waters for their team.
Make sure all athletes are properly equipped and clothed for competition and weather.
Meet Begins at 5pm. Coaches meeting begins at 4:45pm or when all schools have arrived. The JV 4x100m relay (listed as 4x50m relay) will be the 1st running event followed by the 4x800m relay.
During Meet:
ONLY COACHES, VOLUNTEERS, MANAGERS, AND CURRENT/ON DECK RUNNERS SHOULD BE ON THE TRACK/FIELD.
NO ONE SHOULD TRACK (run along or chase) RUNNERS WHILE THEY ARE COMPETING. This includes Coaches.
After Meet:
Follow Clean up procedures.
MAKE SURE ALL OF YOUR ATHLETES HAVE LEFT THE PREMISES BEFORE LEAVING.
