Gate fee will be $7 per person
The meet is being held at Science Hill High Schools football stadium. All spectators are encouraged and asked to use the Home side entrance located at 1509 John Exum Parkway in Johnson City, TN. There will be concessions and ample bathrooms. In case of rain no umbrellas in the bottom stands just at the top. Parking is available across the street from the track and in the lower parking lot of Freedom Hall closest to the track. (Freedom Hall has an event so we can't use the upper parking lot by the middle school)
All team tents in grass areas or in the away or south end stands. We are running two discus rings and both runways for long jump.
*No team tents on the home side of the stands. No umbrellas in the lower sections of the home side stands. Concessions available on the Home side stands. Athlete check in will be at the event for field events and under the orange tent in the grass at the 200 meter mark of the track. (This is on the away side stands). All athletes are asked to enter the track at that check in point only. Fence jumping will no be tolerated during the meet. The gate at the finish line is for coaches and officials ONLY. NO ATHLETES have permission to use the gate next to the finish line. All called event athletes are allowed on the field to warm up.

8:30 am gates open
9:00 implement weigh in begins (at green shed by the shot put)
9:30 Coaches meeting
10:00 Field Events Begin
AA Boys Shot, AA and AAA Girls Discus, AA Boys Long Jump, AAA Boys Long Jump, AA Girls High Jump
After completion of the above we will have
AAA Boys Shot, AA Boys Discus, AA Girls Long Jump, AAA Girls High Jump
After completion of the above we will have
AA Girls Shot, AAA Girls Long Jump, AA Boys High Jump, AAA Boys Discus
Then,
AAA Girls Shot, AAA Boys High Jump
1:00 Rolling Schedule AA Girls then AA Boys followed by AAA Girls then AAA boys. Except In 100/110 Hurdles
