Online Registration Instructions
This Meet will be the first Conference Championship meet for the East Tennessee Prep School (ETPS), a conference meet for schools that do not belong to a county or area wide championship in East Tennessee for track and field.

Lakeway Christian Academy, Tri Cities, Providence Academy, Frank J. White, Kings Academy, Towering Oaks

REGISTRATION: $50 per gender, $100 max per school.
GATE FEE: Gate fee for parents/ spectators is $5 for Adults and $3 for students with a school issued ID (cash required).
Event Coverage
We will request coaches assistance with one or more students in operating our meet to maintain effiecency. We will need help operating the following areas:
Long jump(3), Triple jump(3), High jump(3), Shotput(4), Discus(4), hurdle setup/etc(4-5)
Team Camp Area
Teams may set up tents/tarps on the grassy area outside of the fenced in track area. Infield use will ONLY be for athlete warm up. Our infield will be used for discus during the start of the meet as well as other field events(HJ, LJ, TJ, Shotput). Spectators only in bleacher area. Please inform athletes that 1/4 inch spikes are the required depth for our track surface.
Events
Field events will start at 4pm with throws and jumping events(no pole vault). Opening height for HJ will be 4'2" for women and 4'8" for men. Athletes may choose to come in at whatever height they choose with the attendant. Throwing events will score 3 attempts, Long & triple will score 3 events. Pole vault will not be available this year.
Top 3 in each event will be recognized as All-Conference.
Each athlete can be entered in up to 4 events total.

Track Events will start at 5pm. One relay per school with 1 alternate. 3 registrations allowed per event for open events.
*Note, the 4x400m Relay finale for the meet will be a MIXED Gender 4x4 relay opposed to traditional for each gender. 2 boys & 2 girls- order is TBD. One team per school.
WE WILL PAUSE AT 4:45 AND RECOGNIZE ALL SENIORS. PLEASE SEND YOUR SENIOR LIST TO COACH NOE PRIOR TO THE MEET. COACHES ARE FREE TO READ THEIR OWN SENIORS IF THEY PREFER(TYPICALLY IT MEANS MORE FROM YOUR OWN COACH).
