2. Sprint Medley Relay (100-100-200-400)
3. Untimed and Unscored: Throwers 4x100m (Must be primarily throwers!)...no registration, just show up at the line...one entry limit per team
4. 4x100m Relay
5. Distance Medley Relay (1200-400-800-1600)
6. 4x200m Relay
7. Untimed and Unscored: Anything but a baton 4x100m relay. You may have two teams of each gender and just show up at the line.
The only rule is that you can't use a baton. We've seen cardboard cutouts, scooters. possibilities are endless!
