Meet is located at David Crockett State Park, 1400 W Gaines St, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464
Coaches, if you want to join this groupme. I will use this to communicate any info during the meet if needed.
PARKING & ENTRY
Free parking and free entry for spectators. Park gate will open at 7:00 am. Race location and parking is near the back of the park, ~3 miles after entering the park. The parking lot is in front of the restaurant. Just follow the signs to the restaurant after entering the park.
TEAM FEES
$100 per race or $15 per individual for teams with less than 7 participants in a single race.
$400 max for all 4 races: MS Boys, MS Girls, HS Boys, HS Girls
Checks can be brought on race day or mailed anytime after July 1 to

Park Opens at 7:00 am
HS Boys 5k - 8:30 am
HS Girls 5k - 9:15 am
MS Boys 2 Mile (6th-8th Grade) - 10:30am
MS Girls 2 Mile (6th-8th Grade) - 11:00am
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Mostly grass course with the exception of one road crossing near the beginning of the race and a few crossings over a little 1 meter asphalt path. The 2 mile course is a single loop course. 5K course will involve a turnaround to repeat a 1.1 mile loop on the course on their first pass. 2nd pass they do not take the turnaround and head straight on the course.
2-Mile Course
The 2-mile course is straightforward and consists of one well-marked loop.
5K Course - IMPORTANT
Please make sure all high school runners understand the 5K course will involve a turn that will required them to repeat a 1.1 mile section of the course.
The 5K begins on the 2-mile course.
First Pass - approximately 1.6 miles: Take the turn to the left and repeat the 1.1-mile loop.
Second Pass - approximately 2.7 miles:Go straight and and continue on the main course towards the finish.
AWARDS
1st-3rd place team from each of the four races will received a trophy. Top 10 individual finishers from each race will receive a top finisher dri-fit style top finisher t-shirt.
TIMING INFORMATION
RFID Chip Timing & Results will be provided by Race Ready Events

NOTE: If you see possible errors in timing results please go to the timers tent ASAP after the race.
NOTE: Any unused bibs in your coaches packet can be returned to the coaches tent. PLEASE make sure any unused bibs and runners do not walk near the finish line area. THE RFID chip could go off and cause errors and delays in timing.
LIVE BROADCAST
We are excited to announce that X-Sports Network will be providing a full live broadcast of the meet!
They will have cameras positioned throughout the course and will provide commentary, interviews, and coverage throughout the meet.
Please let your athletes and parents know that they can watch the broadcast through the X-Sports Network Facebook and YouTube pages.
