Individual athlete fee- $15.

Admission- $10 per day. Children under 5-free. Athletes must have on uniform to gain entry. 

EVERYONE WILL ENTER INTO MAIN GATE PARKING

(PARKING LOT ENTRANCE AWAY FROM THE SCOREBOARD) 

Gate will open at 7:45 a.m. 

• Will close Friday, Feb. 28 @ Noon

 Event Check In:

• ONLY 800 M & 1600 M will need HIP NUMBERS. They will receive them once we have walked them in.
• EACH ATHTLE MUST HAVE A WRISTBAND TO ENTER MEET & WARMUP ON INFIELD 

• Field events will check in at the event location. We will walk athletes to their race from the warm-up area located behind the home side bleacher on the practice field. We will line them up at that time. 

• WRISTBAND WILL BE IN COACHES PACKET for COACHES & ONLY ATHLETES WHO ARE COMPETING 

Coaches Meeting:

• Quick coaches meeting prior to the start of the meet at 8:30 a.m. 
• Coaches can pick up their team packets at the main gate.

 Entry Limitations:

Each team will be allowed a maximum of ten (10) entries in each individual event and a contestant shall not compete in more than two (2) event. 

Qualifying Standards: THERE ARE NO QUALIFYING STANDARDS. All heats will be seeded according to times given. False entry times will result in a NT. 

 Field Events:  3 attempts (NO FINALS) 

COACHES ARE EXPECTED TO WORK FIELD EVENTS

Boys and Girls Long Jump, Triple Jump after conclusion of Long Jump

High Jump Boys then Girls 

Shot Put Boys then Girls

Discus Girls then Boys

Pole Vault Girls then Boys - 10:00 a.m.
