5k on mostly gravel, slight altitude gain for the first half, downhill for the second half. Spikes cannot be worn across the bridge. We recommend trainers or waffle flats due to the gravel. Parking and bathrooms should not be an issue. All are welcome to swim in the creek after all races are completed.

The top 5-7 runners coming through for your team will be scored.
