Please note several things:
1. You must register on www.tennesseerunner.com by Monday 10/25/2010
2. You must fill out and mail copies of the official registration form to Me and the TSSAA. by 10/25/2010.
3. You will take note that the boys will run in the morning this year and the girls run in the afternoon, which is opposite of last year.
4. There is a $10/squad fee.
5. The rules are that you may only register 10 boys and 10 girls MAX...You may run only 7 of these ten in the region.
6. The top three teams and any runner who was not on the top teams but finishes in the top 10 places in each division race will qualify for the State meet. For teams that qualify, you may choose from any of the 1 athletes on your registration form to form your 7 athletes who will compete at State.
7. We will give medals to the top 10 athletes in each division race, and 3 team plaques for teams in the top 3 places.
