Meet Information
Section 2 AAA Championships at the new track at East Hamilton High School.
Main events Tues 5/7:
10:45AM EASTERN - Coaches meeting
11AM EASTERN - Pole vault & high jump begin
12 NOON EASTERN- Other field events begin
2pm EASTERN- 4x800m, followed by 100/110m hurdles & rest of running events on a rolling schedule
Field Event order:
Girls Pole Vault followed by Boys Pole Vault
Boys High Jump followed by Girls High Jump
Girls Long Jump followed by Girls Triple Jump
Boys Long Jump followed by Boys Triple Jump
Girls Discus followed by Boys Discus
Boys Shot followed by Girls Shot
4 attempts in all field events, all throws will be measured.
Girls long jump pit is the one farther away from school, boys jump towards the school
No athletes on infield - team tents, warmup area, and check-in all are in practice field next to the track. Officials will lead runners to the start line.
Weigh-in is next to concession stand
Coaches hospitality room will be available starting at 3pm. There will be pizza, snacks and water. It is located in the gray building next to the track parking lot.
Discus is located on the far side of the gray building next to the track parking lot.
Concessions will be available.
Results will be posted on the concession stand throughout the day.
Medals will be given to 1st and 2nd place in all events. They can be picked up next to the check-in tent on the practice field.
Gate prices - $7 adult, $5 students and seniors, under 10 free. CASH ONLY
Entry fee: $100 ($50 per gender)
