REGISTRATION:
Deadline, October 25th, 5PM
$70 per gender (can enter 8 but only 7 can race per gender)
$20 per individual athlete (for teams with less than 5 runners)
Make checks payable to Evangelical Christian School
PACKET PICK-UP:
Coaches can pick up their team packets (with chips and bibs) near the finish line area up between 2:15PM and 3:30PM on Oct 27th.
MEET SCHEDULE (rain or shine):
NO JV races. Please see the JV/Freshman Championships hosted on October 29th. Link HERE.
3:45 PM - Varsity Girls
4:15 PM - Varsity Boys
~4:50 PM - Awards (No awards for JV; Individual and Team Awards for Varsity)
*Note that the West TN Division 1 AAA (Region 8) will host their regional races after the Varsity Boys race.
STATE QUALIFICATION
Top 3 teams and Top 5 individuals (not already on top 3 qualifying teams) advance to the TN State Champs

RACE COURSE:
The 5km race course created by Memphis Youth Athletics will be used for the D2A West Region Championships (Same course as the 2022 Frank Horton).
TEAM STAGGING AREA:
Team tents can be set up in the area just south of the finish line
