Meet will start at 4:30 with field events. The hurdles will start at 5:00.
3 entries per team per event including field events and distance events. Athletes can participate in a maximum of 3 events. One relay per team. All entries must be done online. No changes can be made day of meet.
We will be doing a 1600m fun run at 4:45 that will be non scoring/non recorded. Times will be called out at the line.
