Coaches, this event is run on the track, not the cross country course.

All athletes will run 2 miles.

High School Order of Races - Slowest to Fastest

In order to provide everyone the opportunity to race 2 miles we will run 2 races simultaneously in the earlier heats. This has been done in Colorado with success, and I hope you will be open to this idea.

This will:

Allow the runners to race in better weather.

Provide everyone with a 2 mile time.

Save time in the meet.

More specifics will be shared as we near the race date.

**SEEDING**You are welcome to enter projected seeds. However, in order for each athlete to have the best possible chance at a PR race, please seed honestly based on what you really think that your athlete can run. If you enter athletes with no time, they'll automatically be in the slowest heats unless you indicate otherwise.

Meet starts 6:00 p.m. - Track opens at 4:00

There will be a $5.00 spectator charge for all adults and school aged children. Siegel Cross Country thanks you.

Entry Fee: $50.00 per School entering a boys and girls team, $25.00 per team
