The West Tennessee Middle School Cross Country Regional Championships will be held on Sunday, October 12 at 2:00 p.m. at Shelby Farms Park. The start/finish line is located near gate 8 off Mullins Station on the north side of the Park. The race was originally scheduled to be held in Jackson, TN, but due to unforeseen circumstances the event has been moved to the Memphis area.
The meet is open to 5th through 8th grade boys and girls as individual runners and as teams of 5 or more runners. The course covers two miles on portions of the high school cross country course. This is a qualifying race for the Tennessee State Middle School Championships to be held Saturday, October 18 in Knoxville, TN.
