We are excited to have our first ever night race at Sanders Ferry Park! We are focused on making this a competitive race with a fun environment. 

Due to the logistics of the course, we are going to have a  Silver and Gold Division this year. We love the response we have received but we don't want to throw 50+ teams on the line and watch the pile-up.

The divisions will be based on a team's performance during the 2021 season. We aren't taking the easy way out by using a virtual meet. We will look at head-to-head competition and how your team would be expected to perform with their best lineup. We will set the Silver and Gold divisions by October 2nd.

We are keeping the JV races an "open" and it will be considered an independent event by the TSSAA. We will allow middle school runners to compete in the JV division, but they must have a two mile time of 16:00 (boys) or 18:00 (girls).

Shirts: We will have two styles of shirts for sale: triblend shirts and tech tees. Both styles will be offered in long and short sleeves.

Food: We will be selling drinks and a variety of foods at our concession stand. We will also have a food truck serving JoJo's Hot Dogs and BBQ.  He will be serving the following menu:

Pulled-Pork Sandwich: $5

Hotdogs: $3

Que-Dog Special (BBQ Sandwich and Hot Dog): $&

Individual Awards: Top 15 in each varsity race, top 10 in each JV race

Team Awards: Top three teams in the varsity race, winning team in each JV race

Entry Fees: $75 per gender or $125 for both teams. The fee include the JV division. For teams of less than five runners, the cost is $15 per runner.  Checks are to be made out to Beech Cross Country and sent to
