Each team may enter up to 5 runners in the 3200 and 1600 in each gender. The top 16 entries will make the Championship Race and no more than 4 from any 1 team. The additional runners will be seeded into the open 1600 and 3200.
Entrance fee is $150 per team, which can be paid at the meet.
