5:00 Start Setting up hurdles, field events should be switching by now. If you are participating in the hurdles and in a field event, you need to check out of the field event, warm-up and be at the second call of 100/110 Hurdles.

This is an approximate schedule. I hope that at times we can move even smoother than this and get everyone in before it gets really cold. We are on a rolling schedule, so after the 100m, everything is ROLLING AND THE TIMES ON HERE AFTER THE 100M ARE JUST APPROXIMATIONS. If we have some drops, I will combine races as we go. 

First Call will be two events ahead. Second Call will be one event ahead and the runners must stay at the staging area to be walked over. Third call they will be at the line and lining up. Coach Hurst will be starting and I will be facilitating and making sure things keep moving. I want to get these kids out of the cold ASAP. 

Check in for field events will be at the goal post nearest the finish line. For everything other than the 100 and 100/110HH this is the most consistently close placement to the starting line. Hopefully, this will make things easier than last time. NO PARENTS OR SPECTATORS ARE ALLOWED IN THE INFIELD. THE INFIELD IS FOR WARMUPS ONLY. I WILL REMOVE ALL PEOPLE FROM THE INFIELD AND DISQUALIFY PEOPLE IF THIS IS NOT MET.
