7:30-8:15 Course Open
8:30 High School Girls A 5k Race (7 teams)
9:15 High School Boys A 5k Race (7 teams)
10:00 High School Girls B 5k Race (remaining teams)
11:45 Middle School Girls A 1.5 mile Race
Teams will run all of their runners in the race they are placed in. Boys and girls will both be placed in the same A or B race.
Awards
For the middle School races medals will be given to places 1 through 10. 1st and 2nd team plaques will be awarded to the two top teams.
For the Varsity races medals will be given to places 1 through 15. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place team plaques will be awarded to the three top teams.
The Entry Fee is $35 per team or $70 per school. Individual runners not making up a scoring team(5 or more) are $5 for each event.

Masks are required for all attendees with the exception of athletes who are warming up for competition, and those who are currently competing (TSSAA Guideline).
Temperatures will be taken for all attendees. No one with a temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit will be admitted into the venue. This includes all spectators, coaches, athletes, and workers (TSSAA Guideline).
All attendees will be required to answer a set of questions as outlined by theSports section of the Tennessee Pledge.
No concessions or merchandise will be sold at the event this year.
Social distancing of non-family groups will be required on premises.
High traffic areas (start/finish line) will be roped off to discourage gathering of spectators.
Races will be spread out throughout the day in order to allow smaller groups of teams to race each other and to spread out the arrival of teams and spectators over a longer period of time.
No awards ceremonies will be held in order to encourage spectators to leave upon completion of their event.
Hand sanitizer will be available at various points throughout the venue.
