** If you know
an athlete will not be competing, let us know no later than Wednesday, May 8,
by 5:00PM EST. This is to finalize Heat Sheets and inform the coach of the 5th
place finisher from any district.

Coaches Meeting-We will need coaches to work Field Events and Relay Zones. If you have a
Field Event you want to work, we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

FIELD EVENTS-

Check In for Field Events is at
the Event/4 Throws or Jumps-all measured



11:00AM Weigh-In and Warm-ups/Set Up for Pole Vault. We will vault girls and boys together.

12:00PM (Noon) Vaulting Begins



IMPORTANT NOTE: IF POLE VAULT ENDS before 2:00, we WILL START ALL OTHER FIELD EVENTS as much as ONE HALF HOUR EARLIER than posted time.

1:00 Begin Weigh-ins for throwing implements

2:00 All
other Field Events Begin

GIRLS- Shot Put,
Long Jump, Triple Jump
BOYS- High
Jump, Discus
***Rotate Events on the PA Call***

IMPORTANT NOTE: If FIELD EVENTS END before 4:00, we WILL START RUNNING as much as ONE HALF HOUR earlier than posted time.

RUNNING EVENTS-Girls
then Boys - All Races will be Section VS Time

Check In for Running Events is at the start line of the event

4:30 Remaining Running Events beginning with 100/110 Hurdles- Rolling Schedule

General Information:

* Entry Fee- $10.00 per athlete up to $40.00 per gender= $80.00 Maximum per school. This is to help pay for Timing, TSSAA Official, Starter, Athletic Trainers, Awards, and Security

* The top 4 individuals and relay teams in each event will advance to the TSSAA State Meet which will be held at MTSU, Thursday, May 23.
* There will be Trainers on duty at the Rhea Medical Tent
* Absolutely NO parents will be allowed on the Track or Football Field unless an injury occurs. Coaches, Athletes warming up, and meet workers only
* $5 admission for all non-competitors. Ten and under are free.
* Full Concession Stand
* Coaches' Hospitality Room- Coaches only please.
