Entry Fee:

$100 per school regardless of size of the team. Make check payable to Columbia Central High School. This payment is due the day of the race.

Entry Info:

Deadline for online entry is Monday, October 23rd at midnight.Deadline for the standard TSSAA entrance form must be filed with the meet director and with the TSSAA office no later than Monday, October 23rd at noon. Schools that fail to meet the entry deadline will be charged $25 for each day that it is late. This is in addition to the regular entry fee of $100.

Methods of entry:

1. Enter your runners (varsity and JV) on TN Runner website.

2. Download the cross country entrance blank (Word) off of the TSSAA website/forms. You can type directly onto this form, or you can print the Word or PDF forms and handwrite your entries.tssaa.org/schools/forms/

3. Once you have completed your entry forms (enter up to ten -- if team qualifies, then you will choose the 7 running at State from these 10), you can e-mail the form to me as an attachment atsrobert@mauryk12.org

4. You must also send the completed form to the TSSAA. Its fax number is 615-889-0544. Make sure on this fax that you completely fill out a cover sheet and include Richard McWhirter's name on it.
